Inspection with human eyes, seeing a target from an angle, has advantages such as high visibility, clear contrast, and seeing multiple sides easily and simultaneously. However, a camera&#039;s angled image acquisition causes a perspective and the whole image could not be focused.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
ViSCO&#039;s new camera solved all these problems. While maintaining advantages of human eye inspection, it benefits from auto inspection&#039;s speed and accuracy; inspection that was difficult for automation is now feasible.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Super Focusing Camera boasts higher defect visibility that existing cameras could hardly detect. Regular reflection light casts shadows of defects such as scratch or unevenness, which makes sharper contrast to make defect detection easier. Also, angled image acquisition enables inspection on multiple sides at once; connector pins can be seen without overlap so one image acquisition is enough for the whole inspection. This improves whole inspection speed and reduces cost. In addition, the camera does not have to be installed right above the target, and equipment design flexibility is improved.&lt;br /&gt;
