Mikuraya Shoji Co., Ltd. announced on September 1 that it will begin to provide foreigners with service to support their purchases of real estate in Japan from September 1, 2014. The service covers real estate listed on all websites in Japan.

- Background for Service
In Japan, more than 90% of real estate information is held by small and medium-sized real estate agents. But few of them can provide such information in foreign languages, making it impossible for them to purchase real estate under the same conditions as Japanese buyers. However, our new system will enable all foreigners to purchase Japanese real estate.

In addition to the "Kenbiya" and "Rakumachi" specialized sites offering information on real estate investment, we cover all properties listed on websites in Japan.

After customers find favorite real estate on any website in Japan, they can contact us through an inquiry form available on our website. We will inform them of the conditions of property, negotiate for the price and discounts on brokerage commissions, and help them conclude contracts.

Our service is available in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
A service fee of 1% of the real estate price is required (tax not included).
