Dream Collaboration between "festaria bijou SOPHIA" and Landscape Designer "Kazuyuki Ishihara" for Chelsea Flower Show 2016
SADAMATSU CO., LTD. has announced the collaboration between "festaria bijou
SOPHIA's team" and landscape designer "Kazuyuki Ishihara," known as the most
successful landscape designer in the world and "multi gold medalist at the
Chelsea Flower Show" in London.

Mr. Ishihara will participate in the "2016 RHS Chelsea Flower Show," hosted by
the Royal Horticulture Society (RHS), and his challenge is to be awarded his
8th gold medal.

Festaria bijou SOPHIA's creative team has manufactured the object that will be
displayed inside the "artisan garden" during the Chelsea Flower Show in London
from May 24 to May 28.

A cubic zirconia ornament featuring festaria's trademark "Wish upon a Star"
diamond cut will be enclosed inside a sphere-shaped acrylic object together
with Mr. Ishihara's signature "karesansui" motif to represent our theme "world
peace."

How we started this collaboration:
The festaria brand's mother company Sadamatsu was established in Kyushu,
southwestern Japan, in 1920. And Mr. Ishihara was born and raised in Kyushu as
well. Since the tragedy of the Kumamoto earthquakes in Kyushu, we hope this
collaboration could give a powerful message to people all over the world as a
"Love and Peace" prayer for Kumamoto.

About our "Wish upon a Star"
We believe that a beautiful star in the sky has the power to make dreams come
true. Diamonds represent direct connection between our dreams and the star from
where we all come from.
"Wish upon a Star" has two stars floating inside its diamond: a small star and
a big star. The small beautiful star represents the present self which will
grow into the bigger and more beautiful star; a star that represents you in the
future with all your dreams and love connections that have come true.
