Atelier Seiran, a Tokushima-based textile studio, will host a talk series titled "From Indigo to the World -- The Spirit and Creativity of Japanese Culture" on September 22 and 23, 2026, at Palazzo Dona dalle Rose. The event is part of the official Collateral Events program of the 61st Venice Biennale, within the exhibition "Fissures of Light Diaspora: Dissonances in Fa Minor."

The talks will explore the cultural philosophy behind Atelier Seiran's work, tracing how Japan's relationship with nature shapes its sense of beauty and creativity. Atelier Seiran was founded in Tokushima in 1970 by indigo artist Yoko Hashimoto, who devoted her career to Awa indigo and developed a distinctive method combining indigo dyeing with wax-resist (roketsuzome) techniques. Today, her daughters, Hatsuko Ukigawa and Kiyoko Hashimoto, carry that legacy forward, extending it into new forms of artistic expression.

Hatsuko Ukigawa, the studio's director, will speak at two sessions, presenting Atelier Seiran's work and its cultural context. The program will also spotlight "Les Lucioles" (The Fireflies), a collaborative piece created through Ukigawa's encounter with Cameroonian designer Serge Mouangue, reflecting the creative possibilities of Japanese indigo across cultures.

ROHM Co., Ltd. has developed the RS4P063BPHZG, a 100V MOSFET optimized for automotive safety functions and protection circuits. The new product achieves a Wide-SOA (Safe Operating Area) across a broad voltage range in the standard HPLF5060 (5060-size) package widely used in automotive applications. By incorporating a design that effectively suppresses secondary breakdown, it delivers approximately five times the SOA tolerance of standard equivalent-sized products under VDS=100V and PW=100 microseconds. This contributes to greater reliability in automotive applications subject to momentary high-power loads, including airbag inflator ignition circuits and seat belt pretensioner drive circuits.

BOSTON, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Skyhawk Therapeutics, Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing novel small molecule therapies designed to modulate RNA targets, today announced final fifteen-month results from its Phase 1/2 clinical trial evaluating SKY-0515, an investigational oral treatment for Huntington's disease (HD).

The Phase 1/2 patient study is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled parallel-group study evaluating two dose levels of SKY-0515 in patients over twelve weeks, followed by a twelve-month blinded Extension period during which all participants receive active treatment at either a low or high dose (4mg or 9mg), with the majority of patients on the 9 mg dose.

At Month 15, the primary timepoint, patients treated with SKY-0515 improved on the cUHDRS by an average of 0.94 points from where they started, while a comparison group of untreated patients from the Enroll-HD natural history database declined by an average of 0.65 points. The gap between the two groups was 1.59 points (95% CI: 1.09, 2.09; p<0.001).

SKY-0515 patients also did better than the comparison group on each of the four measures that make up the cUHDRS: daily function (Total Functional Capacity, +0.98 points), movement (Total Motor Score, −9.38 points, where a lower score is better), processing speed (Symbol Digit Modalities Test, +4.15 points) and reading speed (Stroop Word Reading Test, +4.18 points). All differences were statistically significant.

The same pattern held throughout the study. At every scheduled checkpoint, SKY-0515 patients were doing better on the cUHDRS than the comparison group: 0.66 points at Month 3, 0.78 points at Month 6, 1.04 points at Month 9, 0.79 points at Month 12 and 1.59 points at Month 15. The difference was statistically significant from Month 9 onward.

On average, SKY-0515-treated patients' cUHDRS scores held at or above their baseline level at every assessment through Month 15, while the external comparison group's average score declined from Month 6 onward.

SKY-0515 has shown consistent average reductions of more than 60% mutant huntingtin protein (mHTT) and 25% PMS1 mRNA in patients at the 9 mg dose throughout the study. Mutant huntingtin is the primary protein responsible for HD pathology, while PMS1 is a key driver of somatic CAG repeat expansion associated with disease progression.

SKY-0515 has demonstrated excellent central nervous system exposure and has been generally well tolerated across all dose levels studied through fifteen months of treatment, with no treatment-related SAEs.

Huntington's disease is a rare, hereditary, and ultimately fatal neurodegenerative disorder affecting more than 40,000 symptomatic individuals in the United States, with hundreds of thousands impacted worldwide. There are currently no approved therapies shown to slow or halt disease progression.

SKY-0515 is an orally administered investigational small molecule RNA splicing modifier developed using the company's proprietary SKYSTAR platform. SKY-0515 is designed to reduce both mHTT and PMS1 proteins.

The worldwide Phase 2/3 FALCON-HD-004-WW pivotal study is now active across more than ten countries and twenty clinical sites. SKY-0515's Phase 1/2 and FALCON-HD pivotal studies have now enrolled more than 200 patients.

Skyhawk expects to advance additional novel therapies targeting rare neurological diseases with no approved disease-modifying treatment into clinical development by the end of 2027.

About SKY-0515's Phase 1/2 Clinical Program
SKY-0515's Phase 1/2 clinical trial is a first-in-human study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of SKY-0515 in healthy volunteers and patients with early-stage Huntington's disease (HD).

The trial consists of three parts. Parts A and B evaluated SKY-0515 in Healthy Volunteers. Part C is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled parallel-group study evaluating two dose levels of SKY-0515 in patients with early-stage HD (HD-ISS Stage 1, Stage 2, or mild Stage 3) over 84 days, followed by a twelve-month blinded Extension period during which all participants receive active treatment at either a low or high dose.

Study assessments include measurements of mutant HTT protein, PMS1 mRNA, and cUHDRS. Enrollment and treatment in the Phase 1/2 study are complete, and the fifteen-month analysis represents the final clinical dataset from the study.

About SKY-0515's Phase 2/3 FALCON-HD (004-ANZ and 004-WW) Pivotal Program
The FALCON-HD pivotal program (NCT06873334 and NCT07378644) is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, dose-ranging study evaluating the pharmacodynamics, safety and efficacy of SKY-0515. Eligible patients receive once-daily oral SKY-0515 at one of three dose levels or placebo.

Dr. Herbeaux joins CordenPharma from Hovione, an international CDMO, where he served as Chief Executive Officer for more than four years. With assurance, teams describe what their product must do, and Kane CLI designs the tests that prove it, each one permanently linked to the requirement it verifies, with coverage measured from sealed evidence and the suite reconciled as the product changes.

TestMu AI launched Kane CLI in April 2026 as a terminal-native browser automation tool built for both human developers and AI coding agents, including Claude Code, Codex CLI, Cursor, and Gemini CLI. Most test suites still answer the wrong question. They report how many tests passed, not which requirements were verified. The Assurance Lifecycle takes on the step before and after execution: turning requirements into designed tests, and turning test runs into an auditable account of what was proved.

How the Assurance Lifecycle works:

・Capture: kane-cli context ingest snapshots requirement documents — a PRD, a spec, a policy page, into a local, content-addressed store.
・Extract: An agent reads the sources and proposes use cases, citing the exact lines it read.
・Review: Teams promote proposals to trusted, edit them, or reject them. Everything an agent proposes starts as derived; nothing is silently trusted.
・Design: kane-cli design tests turns a use-case into acceptance criteria, scenarios, and runnable tests — exactly one test per scenario, each tagged with the criteria it verifies. Design output goes through the same review.
・Execute: Designed tests run through kane-cli testmd run and kane-cli testrun run; every run seals an evidence pack.
・Measure: kane-cli cover reports two axes — what a run proved and what the design still owes. Missing coverage is recorded as a ranked gap, not silence.
・Maintain: kane-cli maintain reconciles the suite when a source document changes, marking everything extracted from the old snapshot as stale until it is re-verified.

Every stage is a separate command, so teams can stop, review, and resume at any point; nothing downstream happens without the upstream commit. The assurance store lives in the project directory, is append-only with a replayable history, and stays local: sources, use-cases, designs, and review verdicts live on the developer's disk, not on a server. The full lifecycle runs headless in CI or from an AI agent, so an agent can build a feature, design tests against the spec, and report coverage in the same workflow.

The Assurance Lifecycle complements kane-cli generate rather than replacing it. Teams that want ten good test ideas in a minute start with generate; teams that have a PRD and need to answer 'what exactly is covered, and how do we know?' start with assurance.

The L3 fuses a high-accuracy LiDAR, a true-color vision system, an integrated RTK, and a built-in display into one system, uniting geometry, color, positioning, and delivery in a single capture workflow. Captured data can be processed locally and turned into 3D outputs for downstream applications, with L3 typically covering around 100 square meters in 10 minutes for high-accuracy data and photorealistic 3D models, making it well suited to large, complex sites.

Verified 5 mm Accuracy

Lixel L3 achieves 5 mm relative accuracy and approximately 2.5 cm real-time absolute accuracy. Its integrated SLAM system maintains stability throughout the scan, while real-time vision-aided localization and leveling optimization help control accumulated drift during longer scanning sessions.
