■　業務提携の背景と目的
　ゲーム開発におけるコンピューターグラフィックスの受託制作から起業したORENDAは、幅広い表現力と応用力をもちいて、業域を広げてきました。近年では自動運転シミュレータのAIに提供する教師データや音声合成など、ソリューション領域にも進出、データとナレッジを活用し、製造・サービス・メディア＆エンタテインメントにおけるソリューションをデザインして世界に提供することを目指しています。

ディープラーニング生成技術で文化をリードするテック・カルチャースタートアップとして設立されたKLleonは、KAIST出身の博士修士の研究員、各分野の専門家が集まり、最先端のディープラーニング生成技術を活用して、世界中の人々とともに楽しめる文化づくりに取り組んでいます。ファッション、ビューティー、教育、デジタル広告、メディアなど様々な分野に実感型コンテンツを適用し、新たな文化的価値の創造を目指しています。

今回の業務提携によって、両社は相互のビジネスの成長のために、両社それぞれの技術、知見、経営資源を利用して、新製品・新技術の開発、及びその販売・展開において、互いに協力して推進することを目的としています。

■　市場進出の相互サポートと新しいソリューション開発を推進
ORENDAの有する自然な日本語を発話する音声合成技術や、ゲームエンジンを利用したコンピューターグラフィックスの開発力と、KLleonの持つディープラーニング生成技術、映像生成技術、音声生成技術等、そしてすでに同社が持つプロダクトを用いて、さらに新しいソリューション開発を実現していきます。同時に、ORENDAはKLleonの日本市場進出への協力を行い、韓国企業とのビジネスも進めてまいります。

リアルタイムエンジンを活用した3DCG制作を中心に、エンターテインメントからB2Bソリューションまで、幅広い事業を展開する株式会社ORENDA（本社：東京都港区、代表取締役社長：澁谷陽史）は、子育て中のクリエイターを対象に、テレワークを活用した新たな採用選考制度を2020年3月17日より実施致します。

■導入の目的

新型コロナウイルス感染拡大が進む中、保育園・幼稚園の休園、小中学校の休校、イベント中止、企業・店舗の休業によって在宅を余儀なくされる方が大勢いらっしゃいます。また、保育児童の待機問題は社会的な問題となっております。
株式会社ORENDAは早くから働き方改革を推進し、クリエイターのサポートをして参りました。今後は特に子育て世代のクリエイターへの支援を急ぐため、働き方の一つとしてテレワーク制度の緊急導入に踏み切ることと致しました。

■「バーチャル山葵音楽学校プロジェクト」とは
　音楽を主軸とし、本当の学校のように「出会い・学び・成長する場」として、漫画・アニメ業界を中心に様々な人や企業・団体が集まってVtuberを育成するプロジェクトです。
　「人とバーチャルを繋ぐ」コンテンツからハードまでを一貫して価値創造を目指す、これまでにないVtuberに特化したオープンイノベーションの枠組みになります。

株式会社ORENDA（本社：東京都港区、代表取締役社長：澁谷陽史、以下ORENDA）は、スマートフォン、VR・MR・ARなどを用いたエンターテインメント分野において、高度なプログラミング技術を提供する「株式会社ジャイロスタジオ」(本社：埼玉県坂戸市、代表取締役社長：森田一史、以下ジャイロスタジオ)の全株式を取得し、2019年9月30日付けで完全子会社化しました。

■株式取得の目的
ジャイロスタジオは、Unity・Unreal Engine 4などを利用した高度なプログラミング技術を用いてコンシューマーゲームやスマートフォンゲーム、VR・MR・ARを活用したサービスの設計及び開発を行っています。現在、バーチャルYouTuberの配信をはじめ多様なエンタテインメントの場で活躍しています。

リアルタイムエンジンを活用した3DCG制作を主軸に、ライブエンターテイメント事業、ゲームパブリッシング事業を展開する株式会社ORENDA（本社：東京都港区、代表取締役社長：澁谷陽史）は、北青山のオフィスを増床し、新たにモーションキャプチャ収録・音声収録・動画配信に特化したスタジオを新設したことをお知らせいたします。

■スタジオ設立の目的
ORENDAは2015年に創業以来、ゲームエンジンによるリアルタイム処理技術（※1）を活かし、企画から2Dデザイン、3DCGデザイン及びプログラミングを一気通貫し制作を行ってきました。
現在は、xR事業（※2）、ゲームパブリッシング事業（※3）、ライブエンターテイメント事業（※4）と事業内容も幅広く、インタラクティブに遊べるコンテンツを提供しているところです。

■「エイリアンクルーズ」とは
本作は手描き風のポップなデザインの、どこか昔懐かしい雰囲気を漂わせるシューティングゲームです。
見た目とは裏腹に、ゲーム内容は過去の名作を思わせるたくさんのギミックと、
予想外の敵からの攻撃など、十分な歯応えが楽しめます。

　

■4体の野菜パイロットが色んな惑星で大暴れ
プレイヤーが操作するのは４種類の野菜パイロットが乗りこむ機体です。
エンドウ豆、ニンジン、ジャガイモ、トマト型の宇宙人とその愛機を選んで出撃します。野菜パイロットと愛機のデザインが、それぞれキュートで特徴的です。

　　

■２人同時プレイで強敵に挑む

■「帋人形（カミニンギョウ）」とは
本作は、斬新な世界観の中国風の一人称ホラーゲーム。
2018年に海外Steamで好評を博したVRタイトル「PaperDolls」が元になっております。
このPlayStation(R) 4版は、新たに作り込まれた非VRのモード「カミニンギョウ」をゲームの
中心に据えて再構築した最新作です。
館の中を探索して、様々なアイテムを使って謎を解きながらゲームは進行していきます。
不意にプレイヤーを襲う帋人形との手に汗握るアクション要素も本作の魅力です。
　

■呪いの館からの脱出
舞台は清朝末期に建てられた不気味な館。主人公は、一世紀も前から続く怨嗟から逃れ、
娘と一緒に館から脱出することを目指します。
車の運転中に事故に遭い、謎の館で目を覚ました主人公。行方不明になってしまった娘を
探すために館の中を彷徨います。
やがて…、過去に起きた戦慄の凶事と、幾多の呪いが主人公に襲いかかります。
　　

■PlayStation(R) 4専用モード
Steam版にはないPlayStation(R) 4専用モード「カミニンギョウ」。
本作の中心であるこのモードは、本作独特の没入感はそのままに、手軽なプレイを楽しんで
いただくことが可能です。
さらに、本作はPlayStation(R) VRに対応しております。「カミニンギョウVR」モードでは、

A 2P mode was added to the series. Players control “Anne” and “George” using the Joy-Con’s (L) and (R). Move “rooms” and communicate with the other player to make sure you both don’t end up in the same room; otherwise, the bomb inside George will trigger. Clear the stages by meeting the other player at the exit room and witness an ending exclusive to Nintendo Switch (TM).
