The “Town Development Review Committee” was created in 2001 in Kyobashi 2-chome West District, an area that regardless of its privileged location in the proximity of Tokyo Station, was poor of office buildings for rent and, aiming to turn the area into Tokyo’s new gate, it started to investigate redevelopment possibilities. &lt;br /&gt;
