The Executive Centre Announces the Opening of Its Centre at World Trade Center Building South Tower

The Executive Centre (TEC), Asia Pacific’s leading flexible workspace solutions provider in the premium and corporate sector, announced the opening of its Centre at World Trade Center Building South Tower next April 2021.

Operating in Japan since 2001, the country is one of the company’s core market with 7 Centres in Tokyo and 1 Centre in Yokohama. A highly renowned and prestigious building in the heart of Roppongi, the Roppongi Hills North Tower is directly connected to Roppongi station which is easily accessible to the Tokyo Metro Hibiya line and Oedo line, allowing unparalleled connectivity.

The official launch is tentatively planned to take place on 1st September, 2020. The “Town Development Review Committee” was created in 2001 in Kyobashi 2-chome West District, an area that regardless of its privileged location in the proximity of Tokyo Station, was poor of office buildings for rent and, aiming to turn the area into Tokyo’s new gate, it started to investigate redevelopment possibilities.
The Committee became the mind of the operation and, over a period of 15 years, while obtaining permissions from all the rightsholders, was finally able to build the structure as part of a “co-creation-based redevelopment” project.

Kyobashi Edogrand emphasizes the historical importance of the Meiji-Ya Kyobashi Building and it appearance stands in perfect harmony with the surrounding landscape, too. The structure comprises two buildings newly built as part of the redevelopment project, together with the preserved and recreated historical “Meijiya Kyobashi Building”.

The Executive Centre Japan KK (head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Chief Executive Officer:
Paul Daniel Salnikow), which is a company specializing in managing well-located serviced offices

had opened a new serviced office on the 14th floor in “Jingumae Tower Building” last January.
We open a new serviced office on the 13th floor as well in "Jingumae Tower Building" on
