Heliceum（すでにダウンロード件数が90万に達して世界的に有名なゲームFaker$の制作者）が開発したHuman Defenseは、アクション性とストラテジーをうまく組み合わせたもので、これまでになかったような人間の身体の内部を発見する。危険なウィルス攻撃から生命にかかわる器官を守るゲームを楽しんでもらおう。

ウィルスを防ぐためディフェンスタワーを構築したり、血流を通じて身体内部の諸器官に必要とする栄養素（タンパク質、炭水化物、脂質）を与えたりして、身体の免疫システムを強める。戦術的にスイッチをうまく操作して血流の方向を変化させ、健康を脅かす邪悪な細菌類を取り除こう！

防衛する器官6つのうち3つは心臓、肺、腎臓であり、ゲームレベルは15もある。倒すべきウィルス集団は15種で、そのために与えられるタワーの数は4種類。タワーそれぞれがアップグレードされる。最低5時間をアドベンチャー・モードで楽しんだ後は、ウィルスの波状攻撃が無限に続くエマージェンシー・モードに移行しよう。スコアを他のゲーマーと比べたい、トロフィーを獲得したいという時は、ゲーム・センターに行けば良い。

楽しい上に驚きの内容に満ちたHuman Defenseは、初心者、タワーディフェンス・ゲームにはまっている両者むけのゲームであり、ゲームを進めている時にギャラリーにさまざまな情報が表示されることから、何よりも、自分の身体の内部についてもっと学ぶ最も楽しめるゲームだろう。
