【プリンストン（米ニュージャージー州）2012年7月4日PRN＝共同JBN】世界の大学院やビジネススクールの進学希望者が受験するGRE（登録商標）テストで、ScoreSelect（サービスマーク）optionが4日から全世界で利用できるようになった。この新しいScoreSelect optionによって、GRE受験者は希望する教育機関へ送るテストのスコア（点数）を選択でき、自らが最高の出来映えと感じるスコアを送ることが可能になった。

受験者に優しいGRE改訂General Testが2011年に始まって好評を博したことに加え、ScoreSelect optionは受験者が自信を持って受験日を迎えられるようにして、上級校への進学の成功を手助けすることを狙いとしている。受験者はいくつかのオプションを選べるようになった。

受験日にテスト会場（注参照）でスコアを見た受験者は以下の選択ができる。

  ＊ScoreSelect Most Recent option－最新のテスト受験のスコアを（希望校へ）送付する（無料）。

　＊ScoreSelect All option－過去5年間のすべての受験のスコアを送付する（無料）。

受験者は4科目のスコア（無料）のそれぞれで、どのオプションを選ぶかを決められる。

テスト終了した翌日以降に受験生は追加スコアリポートを、以下の選択肢によって無料で送付できる。

　＊ScoreSelect Most Recent option－最新のテスト受験のスコアを送付する。

　＊ScoreSelect All option－過去5年間のすべての受験のスコアを送付する。

　＊ScoreSelect Any option－過去5年間の一つまたは多数のテスト受験のスコアを送付する。

テスト受験のスコアは全体が送付されなければならない。

新しいScoreSelect optionはGRE改訂General TestとGRE Subject Testの両方で認められ、過去5年間のスコアを持つ人は誰でも利用できる。この新しいオプションや無料テスト教材などほかのGREプログラムについての詳しい情報はhttp://www.ets.org/greを参照。

ScoreSelect(SM) Option for the GRE(R) Tests Now Available to Test Takers Worldwide

    Starting today, the ScoreSelect(SM) option for the GRE(R) tests - taken by

prospective graduate and business school applicants around the world - is

available to test takers worldwide. With the new ScoreSelect option GRE test

takers can decide which test scores to send to the institutions they choose, so

they can send the scores they feel reflect their personal best.

    Building on the momentum of the 2011 launch of the test-taker friendly GRE

revised General Test, the ScoreSelect option focuses on helping test takers

succeed on the road to an advanced degree because they can approach test day

with more confidence.

Test takers can now select from several options.

    On test day, when viewing their scores at the test center*, they can select

the:

    - ScoreSelect Most Recent option - Send their scores from their current

      test administration (FREE)

    - ScoreSelect All option - Send their scores from all administrations in

      the last five years (FREE)

    Test takers can decide which option to use for each of their four free

score reports.

    After test day, test takers can send Additional Score Reports for a fee and

select:

    - ScoreSelect Most Recent option - Send their scores from their most recent

      test administration

    - ScoreSelect All option - Send their scores from all administrations in

      the last five years

    - ScoreSelect Any option - Send their scores from one OR many test

      administrations in the last five years

    Scores for a test administration must be reported in their entirety.

    The new ScoreSelect option will be available for both the GRE revised

General Test and GRE Subject Tests, and can be used by anyone with reportable

scores from the last five years. For more information on this new option and

    *Individuals taking the paper-based GRE revised General Test or a Subject

Test will select their options prior to test day.
