Surは現在のトレンドを転換させ、バルセロナおよび周辺地域で生産される。クリエーティブ・ディレクターのラウラ・フィゲラス（Laura Figueras）氏は「最高のアトリエのいくつかはスペインを本拠としており、その品質がわれわれの仕事すべての基礎になっている」と語っている。

Surブランドは、コアとなる製品にカジュアルからフォーマルまで多様な装いのコレクションで組み立てられていて、クラシックなものと実験的なものが合わさって、多様性のある現代的なコレクションとなっている。最高品質のシルクが、高級のジャージー綿と、最良のウールと組み合わさり、どれをみても高級感溢れるだけでなく、身にまとえばたちどころに品質の良さを体感できる。

このデビュー・コレクションはカプリ島からインスピレーションを受けた。とりわけこの島で撮影されたジャンリュック・ゴダール監督の傑作「軽蔑（Le Mepris）」から想を得ている。このコレクションは天候や場所に左右されないカジュアルなエレガンスを目指している。

Surはスペイン国内での生産だが国際市場を目指しており、高級小売店のパートナーを求めているほか、その店だけの独自の製品を販売できるようカスタマイズあるいは限定商品を提供する。

Surはまた、消費者との直接的な結びつきも求めており、ソーシャル・メディア上でコレクションを紹介するほか、9月から開始するウェブショップ（http://www.sur-studio.co.uk）でオンライン販売も行なう予定。この販売開始にあたってはオンライン顧客の最初の50人に限って、販売価格は生涯にわたって半額にする。

     Sur reverses current trends, producing in and around Barcelona. Creative

Director, Laura Figueras,said "some of the best ateliers are based in Spain and

that quality is the base of all our work."

     Sur builds its collection around core pieces, which combine to provide a

multitude of looks, from casual to formal. Directional pieces combine with

classics, to provide a versatile and modern wardrobe. The finest silks are

combined with fine jersey cotton, and the best wool, to ensure that not only

does every piece look luxurious, wearers instinctively feel the quality.

     The debut collection is inspired by the island of Capri, and especially

Jean Luc Godard's masterpiece, Le Mepris filmed on the island. It aims at
