2010年バンクーバー冬季五輪で金メダルを獲得したライサチェク氏は、米フィギュアスケート選手としてほぼ半世紀ぶりに五輪連覇を狙う。実現すれば、1948年と1952年連覇のディック・ボタン氏以来となる。

Lysacek, winner of the gold medal at the 2010 winter games in Vancouver, will

attempt to become the first man to win back-to-back Olympic figure skating

titles in more than half a century. America's Dick Button was the last man to

accomplish the feat, winning in 1948 and 1952.
