◎インドネシアの食材展Fi Asiaに記録的な来場者を予想

【アムステルダム2012年9月13日PRN=共同JBN】インドネシア市場の改善に伴い、同国の食料・飲料生産金額は一次品、加工品を含め650兆インドネシア・ルピア（約722億米ドル）に達しており、今年末には710兆インドネシア・ルピア（約790億米ドル）に達すると見込まれている。

UBM Live社のFood Ingredients Portfolio部門担当ディレクター、マティアス・バウアー氏は「食料・飲料産業の成長によって多くの地元、地域、さらに世界規模の大手食材サプライヤーが非常に潤っており、これらの会社が10月3日から5日までジャカルタで開催されるFi Asia（アジア食品原料見本市）に製品、サービスを出展する。実際、展示スペースも見本市開催の4週間前に売り切れてしまったほどだ。これら出展社の食材の専門知識、高品質食材を使えば、来場者も間違いなく自社製品の増強や食材ソリューションを手に入れることができるだろう」と述べた。

現在400社の国内外の大手高級食材サプライヤーに加え、数社が製品出展が可能か順番待ちの状態になっており、今年のFi Asiaは見逃すことのできないイベントになっている。

Fi Asia展示会と平行して開催される「Future of Foods（食料の未来）」と題したFi Asiaカンファレンスでは、冒頭のキーノート・スピーチでインドネシア政府が直接、今後この市場でどのように成長を創り出していくのか計画を話すことになっており、参加者はこれを聞くこともできる。キーノート・スピーチを行うのはインドネシア共和国のモハマド・S・ヒダーヤト工業相で、インドネシア政府が今後、同国の食材産業を育成するためにどのような具体的な政策、支援の種類を行うか説明する。
