【サンタバーバラ（米カリフォルニア州）2012年10月23日PRN＝共同JBN】最新のWhitestone調査によると、 世界でオフィスビル使用経費が最も安いのはインドのハイデラバードとベトナムのハノイである。

世界168都市別で同等なオフィス用ビルで比較すると運用経費はいくらになるのか。Whitestone Researchは、年次調査で世界中の主要市場におけるビル経費（賃貸ビルを除く）のランク付けを行っている。最高はスイスのチューリヒで1平方フィート（0.0929平方メートル）当たり22.61ドル、最低はベラルーシのミンスクで同2.54ドルであった。

Whitestone Publication.

    What does it cost to run the same building in 168 cities around the world?

In its annual study, Whitestone ranked building expenses (not including rent)

for the world's major office building markets.  Highest costs for a typical

office building are $22.61 USD per square foot in Zurich, while lowest costs

are $2.54 in Minsk.
