◎Harvest Technologiesが特許侵害でThermoGenesisを訴える

【プリマス（米マサチューセッツ州）2012年10月25日PRN=共同JBN】Harvest Technologies Corporation（以下Harvest）は25日、10月24日付けで米デラウエア州連邦地裁に特許侵害容疑でThermoGenesis Corporation（以下ThermoGenesis）を訴えたと発表した。訴えの中で同社は、ThermoGenesisのRes-Q（商標）60 BMCシステム（ART 21=登録商標としても知られる。注参照）はHarvest Technologiesが権利を保有する二つの特許を侵害していると主張している。これら特許はHarvest独自のフローティングシェルフ技術に関係するもので、さまざまな研究によって優れた細胞内濃度を生み出すことが実証されている。訴えはまた当該製品を米国内でさらに販売することを差し止めるよう求めている。

Harvest Technologies Corporation Files Patent Infringement Complaint against ThermoGenesis Corporation

Harvest Technologies Corporation (Harvest) announced that it filed a patent

infringement complaint  on October 24, 2012 in the US District Court of

Delaware against ThermoGenesis Corporation (ThermoGenesis).  The complaint

alleges that ThermoGenesis' Res-Q(TM) 60 BMC system (*also known as ART 21(R))

infringes two patents for which Harvest Technology owns the rights.  These

patents relate to Harvest's proprietary floating shelf technology that has been

shown in studies to provide superior cellular concentration.  The complaint

also requests an injunction against further sales of the product in the U.S.
