For the first time, food and pharmaceutical industries will join forces
to create the largest ingredients event in Latin America
The food and beverage industry is witnessing a move from reactive to
proactive, with consumers now actively seeking functional foods that provide
benefit-adding solutions to the various health challenges they currently face
or will face later in life.
Over the last few years, nutraceuticals (both disease preventing and health
beneficial products) and functional foods have become a regular addition to the
