【チェルムズフォード(米マサチューセッツ州)2013年8月29日PRN=共同JBN】情報最適化ソリューションを提供する世界的な有力企業であるDatawatch Corporation(http://www.datawatch.com/、NASDAQ-CM:DWCH)は29日、リアルタイム可視化データ発見ソリューションで業界をリードする非上場企業のPanopticon Software(本社スウェーデン・ストックホルム)の買収を完了したと発表した。買収の完了に伴ってPanopticonの元株主は、Datawatchの発行済み全株式の23.6%を、一定の比率に従って受け取る。PanopticonはDatawatch直属の完全子会社になった。

its acquisition of Panopticon Software AB, a privately held company based in
Stockholm, Sweden and an industry leader in real-time visual data discovery
solutions. Former Panopticon shareholders will receive Datawatch shares

the closing of the transaction, determined on an adjusted basis. Panopticon is
