【ロンドン2013年9月24日PRN=共同JBN】Sports Trading Club（スポーツトレーディング・クラブ、STC）のゴルフ・サバント（大学者）として知られる「人間コンピューター」は、このほどBMW選手権で48倍のオッズで勝ち目の少ないアウトサイダーだったザック・ジョンソン選手の勝利を予想し、PGAツアー勝者の予想的中をこの4カ月で4回達成した。

37歳の米国人ジョンソン選手は最終ラウンドで65を記録し、72ホールを通算16アンダーとなる268で回りPGAツアーBMW選手権の賞金800万ドルを獲得した。同国人ニック・ワトニー選手は2打上回り最終日を64で終え、71打のジム・フューリク選手はさらに1打上回った。

Sports Trading Club（http://www.sportstradingclub.com）のゴルフ・サバントである女性は、今年初め、PGAツアーのチューリヒ・クラッシックで36倍のオッズのアウトサイダーだったビリー・ホーシェル選手の最初の勝利を的中させ、それ以来彼女に対する世界的な関心が集まっていた。

その後、フェデックス・セント・ジュード・クラッシックでは彼女が選んだ66倍のハリス・イングリッシュ選手が勝ち、先月の米PGA選手権大会を42倍のオッズで勝ったジェイスン・ダフナー選手も選んでいる。

この女性サバントの4回連続的中という驚くべき成功は、スポーツ・ベッティング業界に衝撃を与え、今後の成り行きに懸念が広がっている。

STCは2013年の最初の8か月に1350%の利益を上げ、投資家に対してスポーツ予測・取引市場が既存の金融市場に匹敵する新興産業であるという明確なメッセージを送った。

STCのロビン氏は「当社のオーストラリア進出は結果的に大当たりだった。1月1日に5万ドル投資した人は8カ月間で72万5463ドルにまで増やしたのだ」と述べた。

STCは最近になって南アフリカ、韓国へ進出し、現在は欧州とアジア全域への進出を目指している。同社は現在マカオ市場の合弁事業パートナーを捜している。

Amazing Sports Trading Club Golf Savant Successfully Predicts 48 - 1 Outsider Zach Johnson to win BMW Championship

For the fourth time in as many months, the "human computer" known as the Sports

Trading Club golf savant has successfully predicted the winner of a PGA tour

event, this time the 48-1 outsider Zach Johnson in the BMW Championship.

Johnson, a 37-year-old American, fired a final-round 65 to finish 72 holes on

16-under par 268, two strokes ahead of countryman Nick Watney, who closed with

a 64, with Furyk another shot adrift after a final-round 71, to win the US

PGA's $8 million BMW Championship.

There has been worldwide interest in the woman who is the Sports Trading Club

(http://www.sportstradingclub.com) golf savant since earlier this year when she

selected Billy Horschel to record his first PGA Tour victory in the Zurich

Classic despite him being a 36-1 outsider.

She then chose Harris English at 66-1 to win the FedEx St. Jude Classic and

last month Jason Dufner to win the US PGA Championship at the price of 42 - 1.  

Her four extraordinary successes has stunned the sports betting world who fear

the consequences of her accuracy.

The Sports Trading Club created The Insight Project, a world first with the

study of savants and sports trading.

It is led by their scientific director Dr. Allan Snyder, FRS who, for some 20

years, has conducted ground breaking research on savants at both the Australian

National University and the University of Sydney.

"We have embraced the extraordinary skills of savants to give ourselves a

unique advantage," said Dr Snyder.

The Sports Trading Club, which  operates as a private investors group in

England, recently allowed the general public to become members  in Australia

and is expanding throughout Asia.

It reported a 1,350% profit for the first eight months of 2013 sending a clear

message to investors that trading on sports and prediction markets is an

emerging industry to rival traditional financial markets.

"Our move to Australia has proven to be astute. A person who invested $50,000

on January 1 of this year has seen that grow to $725,463 in  eight months," Mr

Robin said.

STC recently expanded into South Africa and South Korea is now looking toward

expanding throughout Europe and Asia. STC is seeking  a joint venture partner

for the Macau market.
