Leading events organiser, UBM Live, announces the opening of CPhI Istanbul
2014, which will take place on June 4th-6th 2014 at the Lutfi Kirdar
International Convention and Exhibition Centre in Istanbul.

CPhI Istanbul 2014 provides the first centralised event for regional drug
manufacturers to meet with global suppliers of raw materials, machinery,
packaging solutions and contract services, as well as attracting visitors from
the region looking for suppliers and manufacturing partners to bring cost
competitive pharmaceuticals to their individual markets.
The event will co-locate with P-MEC, InnoPack and ICSE, providing an
unrivalled meeting point for bringing together senior pharma professionals and
international pharmaceutical suppliers and buyers of pharma raw materials,
machinery, packaging solutions and contract services. Collaboratively, the
shows are expected to attract around 3,500 visitors, both local and
international. The event has formed a strategic partnership with the
Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association of Turkey (IEIS), who are exclusively
supporting the event and providing active promotion amongst their members.
Additionally, CPhI Istanbul is receiving strategic support from the
Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency.
Highlights of CPhI Istanbul 2014:

leaders from government, academia and industry with workshops, round tables and

joined by esteemed industry representatives Dr Saim Kerman, President,
Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency and Nezih Barut, Board of Directors
Chairman, Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association of Turkey - IEIS.
CPhI Istanbul 2014 will focus on pharma ingredients, with exhibiting
companies covering ingredients, APIs, fine chemicals, excipients,
biopharmaceuticals and more. A conference programme will run alongside the
event to equip those looking to do business within the region with vital acumen
