不動産コンサルタント企業、BNP Paribas Real Estateは9月23日、スペイン北部ビルバオから19キロにあるブトロン城（Butron Castle）のオークションを開始した。歴史的な価値が大きい特別資産のオークションはインターネットで競り上げ方式によって進められる。競売は最低入札価格350万ユーロからスタート。10月21日まで受け付ける。この複合施設全体の保存状態は良好である。

ブトロン城はビスカヤのシンボルの１つで保存対象重要歴史建築物と認められている。建築面積は2400平方メートルを超え、3万5000平方メートル以上の庭園を含む恵まれた環境にある。
スペインで唯一売りに出されているロマン主義スタイルの城－という資産の特徴と重要性は（オークションを控えて当社が案内した）投資ファンド、個人投資家をとりわけ引き付けている。競売は専用ウェブサイトhttp://www.butroncastle.com で実施される。
現在INBISAが所有しているブトロン城は、13世紀から16世紀にかけて 300年以上にわたってとりでとして機能し、ビスカヤ周辺における歴史の舞台となった。ロマン主義の壮大なモニュメントである。
城はブトロン一族が中世に建造、19世紀末にキューバのフランシスコ・デクーバ、ゴンザレス・モンテス両侯爵が改修した。広大な庭園に囲まれている。
この物件は1階、中2階、その上の5層、屋上、4つの塔からなる。屋内には応接エリア、旧チャペル、暖炉ホール、200平方メートルある広いオープンエリア、中庭、食料庫、天然水の井戸、図書室、2つの浴室、地下室がある。部屋はすべて内装されて家具が付き、照明、厨房（ちゅうぼう）、暖房施設、ワインセラー、野外駐車場を備えている。

The real estate consultancy BNP Paribas Real Estate has started today, 23rd
September, the auction of Butron Castle, located 19 kilometres from Bilbao
(Spain). The auction of this especially unique property asset of great
historical value will be carried out in the form of an internet ascending price
auction. The auction process will be open until 21st October. The starting
price for the asset is EUR3.5 million. The property complex is in excellent
condition of preservation.

Butron Castle is one of the symbols of Bizkaia and has been recognized as a
protected heritage building. It has a built surface of over 2,400 square metres
and is located in a privileged environment with a park of over 35,000m2.
The unique nature and importance of this property - the only Romantic
castle on sale in Spain - make it particularly attractive to investment funds
or private investors (which were approached by the real estate consultant prior
to the auction). The auction sale will be carried out on this website
Butron Castle - currently belonging to INBISA - was for over 300 years
(from the 13th to the 16th centuries) a bastion around which the history of
Bizkaia developed. It is a magnificent monument of Romanticism.
The Castle was built in the Middle Ages by the Butron family and was
renovated by Francisco de Cubas and Gonzalez-Montes, Marquis of Cubas, at the
end of the 19th century. It is surrounded by an extensive parkland.
The property has a ground floor, mezzanine, five floors, rooftop and four
towers. Inside there are several rooms including a guest reception area, the
old chapel, the fireplace hall, a 200m2 large open area, the courtyard, the
food storeroom, a natural water well, a library, two bathrooms and one dungeon.
All the rooms are decorated and furnished, have lighting, kitchen facilities,
heating, a wine cellar and outside parking.
