Fonds de Consolidation & Developpement des Entreprises（FCDE）が保有するThomson Video Networksは25日、Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners（EdRIP）がThomson Video Networksへ出資して提携するため、EdRIPとFCDEが独占交渉に入ったと発表した。

EdRIPはEdmond de Rothschild Groupのプライベートエクイティー子会社。資産運用とプライベートバンキングに特化し、非公開企業への少数株投資に努めている。

Thomson Video Networksは最新鋭ビデオ送信ソリューションの世界的リーダー。そのソリューションによってメディア企業やビデオ画像配信会社、放送会社は、最高密度で最小帯域幅の優れたビデオ画像を送信できる。

into exclusive negotiations with Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners

(EdRIP) to take an equity stake in Thomson Video Networks, in partnership with

the company's management.
