Robert Pender and Michael Sabel, Founders, Co-Chairmen and Co-CEOs of Venture

Global LNG, Inc. jointly announced today an upcoming change in corporate

governance for the company.  With the approval of the board of directors,

effective October 1, 2020, Mr. Sabel will assume the role of CEO of the company

and Mr. Pender will continue to serve the company as Executive Co-Chairman, a

new officer position, supporting the company and the CEO on key strategic and

financial matters.  Mr. Pender will continue to serve on the company's board of

directors, together with Mr. Sabel, both as Executive Co-Chairmen of the

Board.
