June 12 deadline for procedure for assignment of services

The tender procedure for the assignment of project management and related services to support the General Section Commissioner’s Office for Italy's participation in Expo 2025 Osaka was opened on May 12, 2023. The deadline for bids is June 12, 2023, at 10:00 Italian time.

The services being assigned concern specialist, technical activities regarding the activities of realising, implementing, verifying, monitoring, and assisting in the design of the main interventions of the Commissioner’s Office, in compliance with all the applicable legislative, planning and administrative instruments for Expo 2025 Osaka.

The project management service, therefore, aims to ensure constant and uninterrupted technical and general oversight on site for the Commissioner, in order to supervise, verify and monitor the overall progress of each individual process regarding Italy’s participation in Expo 2025 Osaka. So the nature of the requested service requires close collaboration between the Contractor and the Commissioner.
