この買収はライフサイエンス業界でのジェンパクトのサービス・ポートフォリオを補完し、大きなコンサルティング、アウトソーシング、オペレーション能力を付加することになる。ライフサイエンス業界は規制および商業的環境が絶え間なく変化し、経験豊富なプロバイダーへの依存をますます必要とする新たな課題に直面している。さらに今回の買収はジェンパクトの能力を大幅に拡大し、規制戦略、出願、複雑な規制順守サービス、使用許諾後の管理を含むライフサイエンスの研究開発をサポートする。

Sciences vertical and add significant consulting, outsourcing and operations

Genpact's capabilities in supporting the life sciences research and development
