◎アミモン社チップで非圧縮高精細無線伝送を実現　IDX社

【川崎、サンタクララ（米カリフォルニア州）１７日PRN=共同JBN】プロ用ポータブルAV機器の高精細無線ソリューション、パワーシステムで業界首位の株式会社アイ・ディー・エクス（IDX）は１７日、アミモン社（AMIMON）の第２世代チップセットを内蔵した放送業界用の非圧縮無線高精細ビデオ伝送装置「CW-7」を発表した。

この新改良型チップセットは４月１６日から１９日までラスベガスで開かれる２０１２年国際放送機器展（NAB 2012）で発表される予定。

CW-7は屋外製作、スタジオ撮影のどちらにおいても、高精細信号をプロ用ビデオカメラからモニターに無線で送信する。プロデューサー、撮影スタッフは面倒なケーブルを引き回すことなく、カメラが撮影するビデオをリアルタイムでそのまま見ることができる。CW-7はアミモン社の第２世代チップセットを使用することによって、送信距離が長くなるだけでなく、屋外使用でも動的周波数選択（DFS）技術を使った周波数帯切換スイッチを使えるようにした。
