The merger of Tornado Medical Systems (TMS) and Arjae Spectral Enterprises

(ASE) has been approved by the shareholders of both companies.  The new entity,

Tornado Spectral Systems, unites a common business culture and complimentary

spectroscopy has been constrained by the trade-off between light throughput and
