At the press conference, Syneron's Founder and Chairman of the Board, Shimon

Eckhouse, Ph.D., and Syneron's Chief Executive Officer, Louis Scafuri provided

an overview of Syneron's innovative technologies addressing the body shaping

market as well as data on the market size and trends. The technologies

presented included the Company's market leading UltraShape(R) and VelaShape(R)

product lines. UltraShape was the first minimally invasive fat destructive

system and features proprietary focused ultrasound technology. VelaShape, with
