world in its 16th Annual Business Travel Awards 2013. Vivanta by Taj was

airline excellent or very good based on a required minimum number of responses.

More than 79,000 surveys were tabulated. Each brand surveyed was scored on

rooms, service, business facilities and Wi-Fi technology.
