ガートナーは「Leaders Quadrantは強力な開発手順を実証したベンダーが大半を占めており、これらベンダーのすべてはコアバンキング・ソフトウエア機能を分解し、コンポーネントに基づく構成概念に再構築するための重要な戦略を持っている。多くのベンダーは品質を保証する方法を保有し、認証を達成できる戦略的ロードマップに従って計画を履行している。ベンダーの大半は論理的なプロセスを通じてバンキング市場を十分に理解し、広範な販売手段と販売チャンネルを所有している。今回のQuadrantでは均衡のとれたベンダー／製品が多数あったが、その一部は過渡期であり、これから進化する製品ないしはプロセス成熟度、あるいはその両方を備えている」と指摘している。
