【ウィチタ（米カンザス州）４日PRN＝共同JBN】スピリット・エアロシステムズ（NYSE: SPR）とASLアビエーション・グループのヨーロッパ・エアポストは４日、スピリット・アフターマーケット・カスタマー・サポート（ACS）がヨーロッパ・エアポストのボーイング７３７クラシック機フリートと次世代の航空機用としてスラストリバーサー、胴体、翼構成部品スペアパーツを供給する契約を結んだと発表した。複数年にわたるこの契約によって、ヨーロッパ・エアポストは主要部品、コンポーネントの入手を確保しながら、スピリット社のカタログに掲載されているすべての部品を予測通りに競争力のある価格で入手することが可能になる。

スピリットACSのマイク・ウィリアムズ副社長兼ゼネラルマネジャーは「スピリットACSは、欧州における顧客フリートのサポートプログラムのために強力な基盤と築き続けている。今回の契約は、欧州でのスピリット社のアフターマーケット・スペアパーツ供給に対するコミットメントの継続である。当社としては、ヨーロッパ・エアポストがスピリット・エアロシステムズを信頼してくれたことに感謝している」と語った。

ヨーロッパ・エアポストは現在１７機のボーイング７３７－３００機と２機のボーイング７３７－７００機を運航している。

Spirit AeroSystems Aftermarket Customer Support Signs Spare Parts Agreement with Europe Airpost

WICHITA, Kan., Apr. 4, 2012 /PRN=KYODO JBN/ --

    Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. (NYSE: SPR) and Europe Airpost (a branch of ASL

Aviation Group) announced the signing of a supply agreement whereby Spirit

Aftermarket Customer Support (ACS) will provide thrust reverser, fuselage, and

wing component spare parts for Europe Airpost's fleet of Boeing 737 Classic and

Next-Generation aircraft. This multi-year contract will enable Europe Airpost

to obtain predictable and competitive pricing for all parts in the Spirit

Catalog while ensuring availability for key parts and components.

    "Spirit ACS continues to build a strong foundation for our customer fleet

support programs in Europe," said Mike Williams, VP/GM of Spirit Aftermarket

Customer Support. "This agreement is a continuation of Spirit's aftermarket

spare parts distribution commitment in Europe. We appreciate the confidence

Europe Airpost has shown in Spirit AeroSystems."

    Europe Airpost currently operates 17 Boeing 737-300 and two Boeing 737-700

airplanes.
