東京 2017 年3 月 28日　―　世界有数のロボティック・プロセス・オートメーション（Robotic Process Automation 以下、RPA）ベンダーであるUiPath社（本社：英国、CEO：ダニエル・ダインズ ）は、このたび日本法人UiPath株式会社（本社：東京都千代田区  代表取締役CEO：長谷川 康一 以下、UiPath 株式会社, 資本金3,000万円）を設立したことを発表しました。UiPath社は、RPAを提供するリーディンググローバル企業の中で、日本法人を設けた、初の企業となります。

UiPath社は日本法人の設立により、金融サービス業界をはじめとする既存顧客へのサービスの向上、グローバルなコンサルティング・ファームや日本のシステム・インテグレーターとの連携の強化を通じて、顧客基盤を広げていきます。このたびの日本法人設立は、UiPath社のアジアでの基盤もより強固にします。

vendor, announced today that it is opening a Japan subsidiary, UiPath K.K., in

Tokyo. UiPath is the first leading global RPA vendor to establish a legal

    The company's expansion in Japan will strengthen its existing relationships

with key clients in financial services and other sectors, as well as expanding

million, the new office will allow UiPath to build on an already strong

regional platform in Asia.
