   Bernard J. (Barney) Guarnera has joined Centurion Resource Group (CRG) as a

partner and member of their investment committee. CRG is a private equity fund

management group focused on the global mining sector. Mr. Guarnera most

recently served as non-executive chairman and senior associate at Behre Dolbear

Mr. Guarnera will continue to serve as a director on Behre Dolbear's board.
