ロシアRVCが急成長企業格付けTechUp-2014を発表

【ロンドン2014年10月27日PRN=共同通信JBN】ロシアの急成長企業を対象にした第3回全国格付け「TechUp」の結果がモスクワ国際フォーラム「Open innovations」で発表された。

TechUp格付けはRussian Venture Company（RVC）がAssociation of Innovative Regions of Russia（AIRR）、PwC（プライスウォーターハウスクーパース）、SME Bank（マレーシア中小企業銀行）などの協力を得て行っている。この格付けはロシアの急成長ハイテク企業のトップを走る企業を決定するもので、これらの企業はロシアの技術企業の開発と近代化に重要な役割を果たす力を持っている。

TechUp-2014に選ばれた企業は前年に比べ大幅な収入増を遂げており、常に支出に応じて技術革新および研究開発の費用を維持している。

＊格付け対象企業の今年の収入は総計834億ルーブルに達し、前年比で16%の成長を遂げた。

＊TechUp格付け参加企業の平均収入は17億ルーブルで、収入の57%は新製品の売り上げが占めている。

＊技術革新に費やした費用の割合は23%で、研究開発に費やされた10%を含む。

これらの結果は今日、急成長を遂げる中規模技術系企業が発展の一つの重要な節目を迎えており、すでに国全体の経済開発にも影響を及ぼすほどの主要な要素になっていることを示している。しかしながら、これらの企業を世界規模の勝者にすること目的にした政府の施策を充実させる必要がある。

TechUp格付け企業を分析した結果、この分野の開発のために必要な指針がはっきりと浮かび上がってきた。まず、市場の需要喚起や世界市場へ進出する上で緊急な問題を解決する手助けをするうえで、さらに今後数年間の投資機会を明確にする上で役に立つ国の支援をより効率化することが望まれている。

今年は、110社のロシア企業が格付けへの参加を申請し、そのうち80社が適格基準に従って選考された。TechUp-2014で格付けされた企業の所属分野は36%がエンジニアリング、計測および電気工学、20%が情報通信、16%が製薬および医療機器、12%が建設および材料、8%が化学および環境、同じく8%がエネルギーおよび石油・ガスだった。

The Results of the Third National Rating of Russian High-growth Companies ＜＜TechUp-2014＞＞ Are Announced

The results of the Third national rating of Russian high-growth companies

＜＜TechUp＞＞ were announced at the Moscow international forum ＜＜Open innovations＞＞.

＜＜TechUp＞＞ was organized by the RVC in partnership with the Association of

Innovative Regions of Russia (AIRR), PwC and SME Bank. The rating determines

the leaders among the fastest-growing high-tech companies in Russia, which have

the potential to play a key role in the development and modernization of the

Russian technological industries.

Compared with the previous year the ＜＜TechUp-2014＞＞ companies demonstrated

significant revenue growth, consistently maintaining the proportion of

expenditure on technological innovation and research and development:

- The total revenue of the companies rated is 83.4 billion rubles this year,

which is 16% higher than the previous year

- The average revenue of ＜＜TechUp＞＞ participants is 1.7 billion rubles with the

share of new products accounts for 57% of revenue

- The share of expenditure on technological innovation is 23% and 10% on R&D

expenses

The results demonstrate that fast-growing, medium-sized technology companies

today have reached a significant milestone in their development and are already

a key factor influencing the economic development of the country. However,

there is a need to improve public policy focused on turning these companies

into national champions.

An analysis of the companies rated by ＜＜TechUp＞＞ shows a clear picture of the

indicators of development in this sector. It is hoped that this will increase

the efficiency of state support, helping to solve urgent issues in the

development of market demand and access to global markets, and to highlight

opportunities for investment in the coming years.

This year 110 Russian companies applied for participation in the rating, 80 of

which were selected according to the eligibility criteria. 36% of the companies

rated by ＜＜TechUp＞＞ 2014 work in the field of engineering, instrumentation and

electrical engineering; 20% the field of information and communication

technologies; 16% the area of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment; 12% work

in construction and materials; 8% in the field of chemistry and ecology and 8%

were from the energy sector and the oil and gas industry.
