一正蒲鉾子会社の一正農業科技（常州）が常州ハイテク地区で事業開始

【常州（中国・江蘇省）2013年11月10日PRN=共同JBN】日本の一正蒲鉾株式会社（本社・新潟）の全額出資子会社である一正農業科技（常州）は、常州国家ハイテク産業開発区（CND）で10月23日正式に事業を開始した。一正農業科技は3600万ドルの投資を受け、養液栽培有機糸状菌とキノコ類の産業生産を専業とする。

一正蒲鉾は主として日本の鍋物やおでんの材料に加える糸状菌やキノコの生産している上場企業であり、農林水産相賞や地域推薦金賞を含めて、国内市場で多くの賞を受賞している。一正蒲鉾は中国を視察旅行した後、健康食品に対する需要増に対応するため、中国で初の事業を立ち上げる候補地として常州を選んだ。

日本の鍋物は純粋なだし汁と薬草成分で作られる伝統的な日本の美味な鍋料理である。鍋料理はすき焼き、海鮮鍋 、山岳地帯だけに成長する材料を使う3種の鍋物がある。おでんはいつでもスープを使って簡単に調理できる。

CNDは世界中のメーカーから大きな関心を受けている常州の重要な先進製造施設として、小松製作所、ブリヂストン、丸紅、日立、富士通、三菱重工、富士重工、デンソーなど40社以上が中国拠点の製造施設向けの所在地としてこのハイテク産業地区を選んでいる。

Japan-invested Venture Specializing in Soilless Culture Organic Fungus and Mushrooms Opens for Business in Changzhou National Hi-Tech District

Ichimasa Agrotechnology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of

Japan's Ichimasa Kamaboko, officially opened for business in Changzhou National

Hi-Tech District (CND) on October 23th. With a total investment of US$36

million, the company will specialize in industrial production of soilless

culture organic fungus and mushrooms.  

Ichimasa Kamaboko, a Japan-based publicly traded company mainly engaged in the

production of fungus and mushrooms in addition to raw materials for Japanese

hot pot and oden, has received a number of awards in the home market, including

the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award and the Gold Prize in

the Regional Recommendation Category. After undertaking an inspection tour,

Ichimasa Kamaboko chose Changzhou as the location for its first operation in

China in a move to meet the market's increasing demand for healthy foods.

Japanese hot pot is a traditional Japanese delicacy made with pure soup-stock

and herbal ingredients. The product is available in three varieties:Sukiyaki,

seafood hot pot and hot pot using ingredients that typically only grow in

mountainous regions. Oden can be easily prepared as a soup at any time.

As an important advanced manufacturing cluster in Changzhou receiving growing

attention from manufacturers from around the world, CND has seen more than 40

Japanese companies, including KOMATSU, Bridgestone, Marubeni Corporation,

Hitachi, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Fuji Heavy Industries and Denso

Corporation, select the hi-tech district as the locale for their China-based

manufacturing facilities.
