北京の中国建設銀行（CCB）の新本社の中に設置される13万6200平方メートルのデータセンターは、最高水準のエネルギー効率、持続可能性、信頼性を誇る。そのLEED（Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design）Silver格付け、Tier 4 Uptime Institute認定、A級の耐火性、9階級の耐震性、総合的に低いPower Utilization Efficiency（PUE）値によって、同行は中国で最も高度なエネルギー節約の金融データセンターであるとともに、世界最大級のTier 4認定データセンターになる。

HPとChina Academy of Building Research（CABR）が設計に加わり、精華大学も協力した。

Climaveneta（DeLclimaの傘下企業）は、データセンターを冷却する48基のフリークーリング冷却装置と、データセンターに隣接する2万平方メートルのオフィスエアリアのフリーヒーティングを受け持つ4基のヒートポンプを提供する独占的サプライヤーに選ばれた。この設備は冷却装置から排出される熱を回収し、敷地内で二酸化炭素の排出をゼロにするとともに、水消費とグリコールもゼロに抑える。クーリングおよびヒーティングの全能力は70メガワットを超える。今回の契約には10年間のサービス契約やその他のサービスが含まれている。

納期は2015年前期の予定。

     Part of China Construction Bank's (CCB) new headquarters in Beijing, the

136,200m2 data centre, reflects the highest standards for energy efficiency,

sustainability and reliability. Its LEED (Leadership in Energy and

Environmental Design) Silver rating, Tier 4 Uptime Institute certification,

grade A fire resistance, 9 degree seismic intensity and total low Power

Utilization Efficiency (PUE) make it the most advanced and energy saving

financial data centre in China and one of the world's largest Tier 4 certified

data centres.

    Carlo Grossi, DeLclima CEO, says: "Partnering with CCB in this prestigious

    HP and the China Academy of Building Research (CABR) joined hands for the

design, also cooperating with Tsinghua University.

    Climaveneta (a DeLclima company) has been appointed the exclusive supplier

to deliver 48 free cooling chillers to cool the data center and 4 heat pumps

providing free heating to the 20,000m2 office area next to the data centre,

recovering the heat rejected by the chillers, with zero CO2 emissions at site,

zero water consumption and no glycol. Total cooling and heating capacity

exceeds 70 MegaWatts. The contract includes a 10 year service contract and

other services.

    Deliveries are scheduled in H1 2015.
