新たに開発されたペイメントカードは真っ白なカードで、電子情報を暗号化するために通常使用される磁気テープやチップなどのコンポーネントは全くない。

新しいカードを製造する過程で、可視スペクトラム領域で広範なエネルギーおよび発光のスペクトラムを吸収する能力があるナノサイズの物質が粒状ポリマーと混合される。その物質の1つがいわゆる量子ポイントである。さらに、この発明者は侵食環境に耐性がある量子ポイントの工業生産のための装置を開発した。

プラスチック塊を溶かす過程で、量子ポイントは融解された液体全体にランダムかつ再現不可能で方法で混入される。新しいカードができると、それぞれの量子ポイントの空間的座標が登録されて安全なサーバーに保存される。カードをスキャンすると、その幾何パターンはサーバーに保存されたオリジナル・パターンと照合され、カードが認証される。

この保護方法は絶対安全であると考えることができる。

原子顕微鏡の助けを借りたとしても、ペイメントカードの大きさのドキュメントにある量子ポイントの同量をコピーするには、長時間で、無限に近い時間がかかると考えられる。

量子技術は、国民の識別文書であるパスポートの保護の新時代を開く。世界中のすべての市民のデータは安全なサーバーに保存され、規格とプロセスの世界統一に向けた新たな1歩となる。

この発明の優先権は2014年11月7日に米特許商標庁によって設定された。WTO特許統一部門は142カ国でこの発明に期日優先権を与えた。

知的財産分野の多数の専門家は、この発明が世紀の発明として分類できるとの見解を表明した。

Russian Scientist Makes a Breakthrough: Quantum Protection for Physical Objects is Created

In the present-day system of card payments the most vulnerable link in the

system is the physical payment card itself. The information encoded on the

payment card is a combination of magnetic tape and electronic chip, the

security of which can be easily compromised using various electronic means.

The newly developed payment card is a clear white sheet of plastic in which

there is no magnetic tape, chip or any other commonly used component to encode

electronic information.

During the process of the new card's manufacture, nano-sized material, capable

of absorbing a broad spectrum of energy and irradiating in the visible

spectrum, is mixed with polymer granules. One of such substances is so-called

quantum points. The inventor has also created the equipment for industrial

production of quantum points, resistant to aggressive environment.

In the process of melting the plastic mass, the quantum points are distributed

throughout the molten fluid in a random and thus irreproducible way. After the

new card is produced the spatial coordinates of each quantum point are being

registered, to be stored on a secure server. When the card is scanned its

geometric pattern is being matched with that of the original patterns stored on

the server, and the card is authenticated.

This protection method can be defined as absolute.

Even with the aid of contemporary atomic power microscopy, it has been

calculated that copying the same quantity of quantum points at the scale of a

payment card-sized document, would take an unboundedly large, nearly infinite,

amount of time.

Quantum technology further opens a new era of protecting passports - national

identifying document. Data on all citizens of the world could be easily stored

on secure servers, providing yet another step towards global unification of

standards and processes.

The priority date of the invention was recorded by the U.S. patent office on

November 7, 2014. WTO patent unification gives this date precedence in the

jurisdictions of 142 countries.

Many experts in the field of intellectual property have declared their opinions

that this invention could be classified as the invention of the century.

A fully functional prototype of the system is already created, including a

reading device and a computer processing unit.
