タジキスタン外相が国連水の10年行動計画への貢献でウン・タト・ユン教授だけを表彰

＊UN's International High-level Conference on Water Decade for Actionでタジキスタン政府に表彰された唯一の功労者

タジキスタンのシロジディン・アスロフ外相は最近、International High-Level Conference on International Decade for Action "Water for Sustainable Development", 2018-2028（2018-2028年の水の国際10年行動計画「持続的開発のための水」に関する高級国際会議）（以下「会議」）運営委員会（ISC）委員であり、Heaven Springs Dynasty Harvest Group創業者のウン・タト・ユン教授率いる中国本土向け香港代表団に接見した。ウン・タト・ユン教授はアスロフ大臣から会議への大きな貢献を高く評価され、感謝状を贈られた。同会議で表彰されたのは1人だけである。

「会議のISC委員としてウン・タト・ユン教授は水の管理向上、浄水供給確保、衛生サービスのような持続可能な開発のための2030アジェンダの持続可能開発目標（SDG）17件に関して助言し、持続可能な水の開発への画期的ソリューションとして大気の豊富な自然の水資源を利用して空気から水を発生させるAtmospheric Water Generation（大気造水）を提案した。これは国連の代表らから広範な注目と関心を呼んだ」とアスロフ氏は述べた。

会議は6月20－22日にドゥシャンベで国連とタジキスタン政府の共催で開催された。開会式はタジキスタン大統領が、閉会式はタジキスタン首相がそれぞれ主宰し、各国の大統領、首相、高官のほか、国連事務次長も出席した。国連加盟の172カ国代表が2日間の全体会議と6件の行動委員会会合に出席した。

ウン・タト・ユン教授はUN Global Science-Policy-Business Forum on the Environment（国連環境に関する世界科学・政策・ビジネスフォーラム）運営委員会の創設メンバー、Canadian Chartered Institute of Business Administrationの客員教授兼名誉フェローでもある。Heaven Springs Dynasty Harvest Group創業者として、世界知的所有権機関（WIPO）の特許協力条約（PCT）制度に基づく「Atmosphere Dew Transformation System」と「Air Purification and Condensation Technology」を含む世界で100件以上の特許を持ち、国連各国代表から「Father of Atmospheric Water Generation（大気造水の父）」と称賛された。

-The only contributor recognized by Tajikistan Government for the UN's

International High-level Conference on Water Decade for Action-

Recently, H.E. Sirojiddin Aslov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan met

with the Delegation of Hong Kong to Mainland China led by Dato' Sri Prof. Ng,

Tat-yung, member of the International Steering Committee (the "ISC") for the

International High-Level Conference on International Water Decade for Action,

"Water for Sustainable Development", 2018-2028 (the "Conference") and Founder

of Heaven Springs Dynasty Harvest Group. Dato' Sri Prof. Ng, Tat-yung was

highly praised by Minister Aslov for his major contributions to the Conference

with a Recognition Certificate, making him the sole recipient from the

Conference to get this recognition.

advised on 17 SDGs for the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development like

improving water management, ensuring clean water supplies and sanitation

The Conference was held in Dushanbe, June 20-22, and was co-organized by United

Nations and the Tajikistan Government. Its opening ceremony was chaired by the

President of Tajikistan and its closing ceremony was chaired by the Prime

Minister of Tajikistan with the participation of Presidents, Prime Ministers,

and other high-ranked officials from other countries as well as a UN

Under-Secretary-General. 172 representatives to the UN attended a 2-day plenary

session and 6 Action Panel sessions.

Dato' Sri Prof. Ng, Tat-yung is also a Founding Member on the Steering

Committee of the UN Global Science-Policy-Business Forum on the Environment and

a Visiting Professor and Honorary Fellow from the Canadian Chartered Institute

of Business Administration. Dato' Sri Prof. Ng, Tat-yung as Founder of Heaven

Springs Dynasty Harvest Group has more than 100 patents globally including the

"Atmosphere Dew Transformation System" and "Air Purification and Condensation

Technology" under the PCT system of WIPO and is hailed as the "Father of

Atmospheric Water Generation" by representatives to the UN.
