【ニューヨーク（米ニューヨーク州）2019年4月5日AAPメディアネット・インターナショナル=共同通信JBN】Shelter Rock Capital Advisorsは5日、アジアでの拡大をリードするためPenmount Partnersとこのほど戦略提携したと発表した。Penmountのマネジングパートナーは、シンガポールを本拠とする不動産専門の資本アドバイザーで、業界ベテランのフィリップ・レビンソン氏。同氏はオーストラリアにおけるBlackstoneのプレゼンスを確立し、直近ではCromwell European REITのアジアでは初となるシンガポールでの新規株式公開（IPO）を主導した。Cromwellは欧州5カ国に資産を持つ10億ユーロ規模の多角REIT。

Shelter Rockの創設者でマネジングパートナーのウォルター・スタックラー氏は「わが社がアジアで日本以外に販売活動を広げる中で、レビンソン氏と手を組むのはうれしいことだ。同氏はLaSalleやPark Hill、Blackstoneなど大手企業とアジアで大成功を収めている。不動産会社の事業拡大を助ける同氏の思慮深く創造的なやり方は、Shelter Rockの哲学と完全に一致し、Shelter Rockの中南米、欧州、日本での既存の国際事業を越えた世界の投資家とのリーチを一層強化するだろう」と語った。

strategic alliance with Penmount Partners to lead Shelter Rock's expansion in

Asia. Penmount's Managing Partner is industry veteran Philip (Lev) Levinson a

European REIT, a EUR1 billion diversified REIT with assets across five European
