【クパチーノ（米カリフォルニア州）３日PRN=共同JBN】モバイル事業者向けサービス・ソリューション分野の世界的リーダーであるロームウエア社（Roamware）は、モバイル・オペレーター・テスト・ソリューションの主要企業であるADECEFをアルゼンチンから買収したと発表した。ADECEFは８５カ国、３２０のネットワークでサービスの質（QoS）、不正探知、収入確保の面で強力な製品を提供しており、同社の代表的QoSソリューション製品であるRoamFixは業界を主導するテスティング・プラットフォーム。これはモバイル事業者がサービスを展開する前に相互オペレーター環境下でQoSをリアルタイムでテストすることが可能。ADECEFは、これを行なうために世界的な不正追跡調査とハンドセットを統合している。
