Youku to Release First Quarter 2012 Financial Results on May 17, 2012

Youku Inc. (NYSE: YOKU), China's leading internet television company, will

report its first quarter 2012 unaudited financial results on Thursday, May 17,

2012, after the close of the U.S. markets.

The earnings teleconference call with simultaneous webcast will take place at

9:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, May 17, 2012 (Beijing/Hong Kong Time: 9:00

a.m., Friday, May 18, 2012). Youku's management will be on the call to discuss

the quarterly results and answer questions.
