【ニューヨーク１９日PRN=共同JBN】エクステル・デベロップメント社（Extell Development Company、http://www.extelldev.com/extell_development.html）は１９日、ニューヨークで最も高さが高い住宅ビルになる予定の「ワン５７（ONE57）」（http://one57.com）が１０億ドル販売という新記録を達成し、ちょうど６カ月前にバイヤーへの分譲開始以来５０％を売却したと発表した。また９０階のガラス張りタワーは７月に完工する予定であり、記録破りのペントハウス販売を発表した。
