【ファーンバラ（英国）2012年7月10日PRN-AsiaNet＝共同JBN】Taikoo Spirit AeroSystems（錦江）Composite Co. Ltd,（略称Taikoo Spirit）は2012年3月21日付けで、欧州航空安全局（EASA）から各種スラストリバーサー、フライトコントロール、その他複合部品の整備、修理、オーバーホールに関する認証を取得した。この認証はすでに取得済みの中国民用航空局（CAAC）、米連邦航空局（FAA）の認証の延長線上にある。Taikoo Spiritは中国の江蘇省錦江所在で、香港飛機工程有限公司（Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Co. HAECO）と Spirit AeroSystems, Inc.両社を主要株主とするジョイントベンチャー企業である。その他の株主としてはチャイナエアライン（China Airlines Ltd.）、厦門太古飛機工程有限公司（Taikoo (Xiamen) Aircraft Engineering Co.,Ltd TAECO）、キャセイ航空（Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd.） 福建省泉州輸出加工区投資管理有限公司（Quanzhou Export Processing Zone Investment Management Co.,LTD EPZ）。

Taikoo Spiritは2009年11月の開業で、1万7000平方メートルの敷地を持つ複合部品および金属接着部品の修理ステーションである。同施設はPAA（リン酸系陽極処理電解法） ライン、クリーンルーム（金属接着工程用の清浄空気室）、塗装用ブース2カ所、オートクレーブ2基などいずれも最新かつ高品質の装置専用であり、最大級のスラストリバーサー（T/R）部品（その一例を挙げれば、ボーイング777のGE90型エンジンのT/R）を製造できるように設計されている。さらに、同施設は全ての基幹工程について自社内対応である。

Taikoo Spiritは各種のスラストリバーサー（T/R）、フライトコントロール関連その他複合部品の点検、修理、オーバーホールについて中国民用航空局（CAAC）、欧州航空安全局（EASA）、米連邦航空局（FAA）の認証を取得しており、取り扱うスラストリバーサーにはボーイング737機用CFM56-7 T/R、ボーイング777機用GE90-90/94/115 T/R、Trent800エンジンと PW4000 T/R、ボーイング 747、ボーイング767機用の PW4000、CF6-80C2エンジン T/R、エアバス330機用 T700用ノーズカウル（N/C）などが含まれている。Taikoo SpiritはNDT（非破壊検査）、塗装、金属表面処理、溶接についても公認を受けている。Taikoo Spiritは現在また、レドーム（航空機のレーダーアンテナ保護用ドーム）、ノーズカウル（空気の取り入れ口を持つ被覆部）、ファンカウル（ターボファンの被覆部）、エンジン・フェアリング（エンジン被覆部）その他の部品分野についても異なる航空機種に対応するサービス分野を開発中である。

     On March 21, 2012, Taikoo Spirit AeroSystems (Jinjiang) Composite Co. Ltd.

(short name as Taikoo Spirit) received EASA certification for inspection,

repair and overhaul of various thrust reversers, flight controls and other

composite components. This certification is in addition to existing CAAC and

FAA certifications. Located in Jinjiang, China, Taikoo Spirit is a joint

venture between Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Co. Ltd (HAECO), and Spirit

AeroSystems, Inc. as primary shareholders. Other shareholders include China

Airlines Ltd, Taikoo (Xiamen) Aircraft Engineering Co., Ltd (TAECO), Cathay

Pacific Airways Ltd., Quanzhou Export Processing Zone Investment Management

Co., Ltd (EPZ).

PAA Line, clean room (bond room), two paint booths, two autoclaves, etc, and

designed to process the largest thrust reverser components (i.e. B777 GE90

T/R). Furthermore the facility is self-sufficient in all key processes.

     Taikoo Spirit is CAAC, EASA and FAA approved for Inspection, Repair and

Overhaul of various Thrust Reversers (such as B737 CFM56-7 T/R, B777 GE90

(90/94/115), Trent800 and PW4000 T/R, B747/B767 PW4000 and CF6-80C2 T/R, A330

T700 N/C), Flight Controls and other composite components. Furthermore, Taikoo

Spirit is authorized to carry out NDT, Painting, Surface Treatment and Welding.

Taikoo Spirit is also developing its service scope to different aircraft types
