第十六回世界食品科学・技術大会が8月6日にブラジルで開かれた。世界60カ国と地域から百あまりの業界代表がブラジルパラナ州イグアス市に集まり、「グローバルの食品安全と健康問題を解決する食品科学・技術のへの道」を会議のテーマとして深い交流と検討が行われた。1962年に成立された国際食品科学・技術連合は本部をカナダに設置した国際組織で、今は、グローバルで65個のメンバー国代表を所有し、既に十六回世界食品科学・技術大会を開いている。

今回の世界食品科学・技術大会で、中国白象食品グループが展示した煮込み骨面は伝統的な東方骨スープの濃縮還元工芸革新技術で、東方骨スープで「徐々に補う栄養補助」が初めて成功に「早いリズム」の即席面業界に導入され、即席面の「お湯注ぎ」から「骨スープ注ぎ」へと産業昇級を切り開き、世界70カ国余りの専門家から高い評価を頂き、世界即席面業界で唯一「グローバル食品工業賞」を獲得した企業となった。

今回の骨面が世界食品科学技術大会で数多い専門家の認可を得たのは、主に東方骨スープから生まれる栄養価、そして其の製品の生産技術と工芸は既に国際の先端レベルに達しているからだ。
