【ドレスデン（ドイツ）2012年8月22日PRN＝共同JBN】ドイツ・ドレスデンに本社を置きエネルギー効率（http://www.zmdi.com/energy-efficiency）ソリューションの実現を専門とする半導体企業ZMD AG（ZMDI、http://www.zmdi.com）は22日、ウエハーレベル・チップスケール・パッケージ（WL-CSP）で提供されるZIOL2211集積回路（IC）をリリースしたと発表した。車載、産業、医療、IT、民生アプリケーション向けアナログ／ミックスドシグナル・ソリューションのグローバルサプライヤーであるZMDIは、市場に最小のIO-Link準拠ラインドライバーICの一つを導入する。コスト効率に優れたZIOL2211 WL-CSPドライバーは、高電圧I/Oチャンネルであり、工場やプロセスオートメーション化・アプリケーションに使われるセンサーおよびアクチュエーター・システムの物理層要件に対応する。このデバイスはZMDIのZIOL2xxxシリーズのラインドライバーIC製品ファミリーに属しており、小型センサーやアクチュエーター機器を対象にしている。

of the ZIOL2211 integrated circuit (IC), provided in a wafer-level chip-scale

package (WL-CSP). As a global supplier of analog and mixed-signal solutions for

compliant line driver ICs on the market. The cost-effective ZIOL2211 WL-CSP

programming using the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) standard is also

    The ZIOL2211 WL-CSP's operating temperature range is -40 degrees C to +85
