【ソウル（韓国）10月22日PRN＝共同JBN】サムスンバイオロジクス（Samsung BioLogics）は22日、同社とF・ホフマン・ラ・ロシュ（F. Hoffmann-La Roche）が、長期の戦略的生産提携協定に調印したと発表した。調印内容によると、サムスンはロシュが特許を持つ商業用バイオ医薬品を仁川にある2工場（うち一カ所は現在建設中）で製造する。金額や生産する薬品の種類など契約条件は公表されていない。

Samsung BioLogics Signs a Strategic Manufacturing Partnership with Roche

SEOUL, South Korea, Oct. 22, 2013 /PRN=KYODO JBN/ --

Samsung BioLogics today announced that Samsung BioLogics and F. Hoffmann-La

Roche have entered into a long term strategic manufacturing agreement under

which Samsung will manufacture Roche's proprietary commercial biologic

medicines at its two manufacturing facilities in Incheon, South Korea, of which

one is currently under construction. Terms of the agreement will not be

disclosed, including financial terms and products to be manufactured.
