　＊ジョン・パタロ（John Pattullo）氏をMarkenグループの取締役会会長（非常勤）に選任

Markenは21日、Marken Groupの取締役会会長にジョン・パタロ（John Pattullo）氏を任命したと発表した。発令は2月1日付けで、同氏はロバート・エリス（Robert Ellis）現会長の後継となる。

パタロ氏は2007年から2012年10月に退任するまで世界的な物流企業であるCEVAの最高経営責任者（CEO）を務めた。同氏の物流業界での経歴には、Exel欧州・中東・アフリカ（EMEA）地域統括責任者がある。Exel社以前、同氏はプロクター・アンド・ギャンブル（P&G）に満30年勤務、その間にP&Gグローバル・ビューティー・ケア部門のためにアジア地域サプライチェーン事業を統括するなど多彩な業務を体験した。パタロ氏の任命はMarken取締役会が指揮した広範な業界調査活動の成果である。

Marken Announces New Board Chairman

       John Pattullo is appointed as Marken Group Non-Executive Chairman

    Marken announced today the appointment of John Pattullo as Chairman of the

Board for the Marken group of companies. His appointment is effective February

1, 2014 and he will succeed Robert Ellis.

    Mr. Pattullo was CEO of CEVA, a global logistics company, from 2007 until

his retirement in October 2012. His previous logistics industry experience

included leading the EMEA business of Exel. Before Exel, he completed a 30 year

career at Procter & Gamble in various operational roles which included leading

P&G supply chain activities in Asia and for their Global Beauty Care business.

Mr. Pattullo's appointment was the result of an extensive industry search

conducted by Marken's Board.
