メリタス・ホテルズ&リゾーツが同社初のバリ島のリゾート・マネジメント契約に調印

アジアのホスピタリティ・グループとして数々の受賞経験を持つメリタス・ホテルズ&リゾーツ（Meritus Hotels & Resorts）はインドネシアの不動産開発企業PT. Bali Seminyak Sejahteraとの間でインドネシア・バリ島の観光地の中でも最も人気の高いスミニャック地区に新たに新設されるリゾートを運営するためのマネジメント契約に調印したと発表した。

この「メリタス・バリ・スミニャック・リゾート&スパ（Meritus Bali Seminyak Resort & Spa）」は高級地区スミニャックの中でも活気にあふれたナイトライフやトレンディーなレストラン、バーで有名な中心部という素晴らしい立地条件に恵まれており、2016年のオープンを予定している。

同リゾートは181の客室を準備する予定であるが、どの部屋にも宿泊客を第一に考えたアメニティー、先進的な室内娯楽システム、効率的な通信設備など念入りな内装が施されている。客室の設計には伝統的なバリの建築様式および現代の東洋風の内装が取り入れられ、中国風のモチーフが使われる。

メリタス・バリ・スミニャック・リゾート&スパに宿泊する客はまた、風景と一体化したインフィニティ・エッジのプール、フィットネス・センター、ウェルネス・スパなどの施設を楽しむこともできる。同リゾートにはカンファレンス、その他のイベントを行う総合的なスペースも準備されており、フルサービスを提供するビジネス・センターがその機能をサポートすることになっている。

リゾート内には地元や世界の料理を提供するユニークな趣向のレストランが各種準備されるが、その中には日没の絶景を楽しめるよう設計された屋上バーも含まれている。

Meritus Hotels & Resorts Inks Management Deal to Operate Its First Resort in Bali, Meritus Bali Seminyak Resort & Spa

Award-winning Asian hospitality group Meritus Hotels & Resorts announced the

signing of a management agreement with Indonesian property developer PT. Bali

Seminyak Sejahtera to operate a new-build resort in Seminyak, one of the most

popular destinations on the island of Bali, Indonesia.

Slated to open in 2016, Meritus Bali Seminyak Resort & Spa enjoys an excellent

location in the heart of upscale Seminyak, famous for its vibrant nightlife and

trendy restaurants and bars.

The resort will offer 181 guestrooms, each one thoughtfully outfitted with

guest-centric amenities, advanced in-room entertainment system, and efficient

connectivity. The design will reflect a blend of classic Balinese architecture

and modern oriental interiors, with Chinois-inspired motifs.

Guests of Meritus Bali Seminyak Resort & Spa will also enjoy leisure facilities

such as an infinity-edge swimming pool, a fitness centre, and a wellness spa. A

full-service business centre will complement the resort's comprehensive

conference and event spaces.

Local and international cuisines will be served in uniquely themed food and

beverage outlets, to include a rooftop bar designed to showcase spectacular

sunset views.
