バルセロナは革新の都にふさわしいショーで2015年を迎える

バルセロナは2014年に別れを告げ、2015年を迎えようと舞台、視覚芸術、ライブ音楽、パーカッション、水、火、そして花火を組み合わせた革新的なショーを行い、スペイン・カタロニア州の首都が新年を迎えるにふさわしい世界で最もクリエーティブで革新的な舞台であることを示すものとなった。カタロニアの劇団「ラ・フラ・デルス・バウス」によるかつてなかった驚くべき屋外マクロ・ショーを見ながら新年を迎えようと7万以上の人がこのイベントに集まった。

「ラ・フラ・デルス・バウス」は機械仕掛け、音楽、体の動き、火、新技術の導入、さらに観客とのふれ合いなどを使った大規模で今までにないタイプのショーを創作することで国際的に知られている。バルセロナの新年の祝いでは「ラ・フラ」は「ビーイング・オブ・ザ・ミレニアム」に命を吹き込んだ。「ビーイング・オブ・ザ・ミレニアム」は高さが15メートルの鋼鉄製の彫刻で人間の形をしており、この都市の精神を表している。

音楽のライブ演奏とパーカッションの中で新年が明けると、次にバルセロナのグループの1つが伝統的な人間タワー（カスティエル）を作り始めた。伝統と前衛を組み合わせたこのショーでは花火も使われ、それを見た観客を今年も楽しませ、世界的な年末の必須行事になっている。

この目を見張る舞台を作るためには空中芸を専門にする100人以上のアクターやアーティストを必要とする。かれらは金属構造物の内側をよじ登り、2015年の幕が開く寸前に「ビーイング・オブ・ザ・ミレニアム」に心臓の鼓動を与え、生き返らせた。有名なモンジュイック丘のマジック噴水のほとりに集まった何千もの人たちはバルセロナをクリエーティビティと革新の都にしたこのユニークなイベントに参加することができた。

Barcelona Opens 2015 With a Groundbreaking Show Which Consolidates it as the Capital of Creativity

    - More than 70,000 people watched the Being of the Millennium show that

      confirms that Barcelona is among the world capitals that inspire

      innovation and the avant-garde.

    - More than one hundred actors and artists specialising in vertical shows

      took part in this show, which bears the artistic stamp of La Fura dels

      Baus.

    Barcelona says farewell to 2014 and welcomes 2015 in with an innovative

show that combines stage and visual arts, live music, percussion, water, fire,

and pyrotechnics, confirming that the Catalan capital is one of the most

creative and innovative international stages to celebrate the New Year. The

event attracted more than 70,000 people who gathered to welcome the New Year in

with a groundbreaking and surprising outdoors macro-show by the Catalan theatre

company La Fura dels Baus.

    La Fura dels Baus is internationally renowned for the creation of large

non-conventional shows with mechanical structures, music, movement, fire, the

inclusion of new technologies, and interaction with the audience. In the New

Year celebration in Barcelona, La Fura brought the Being of the Millennium back

to life. This is a spectacular iron sculpture with a human shape, more than 15

m high, which represents the spirit of the city.

    The New Year came in among live music and percussions, which gave way to

the building of a traditional human tower (castellers) by one of the city

colles (groups). There were also fireworks in this show that combines tradition

and the avant-garde, resulting in a display that thrilled the audience one more

year and which has become an international must for New Year's Eve.

    The spectacular staging required more than one hundred actors and artists

specialising in vertical shows. Together, they climbed up the inside of the

metal structure, creating a heartbeat that made the Being of the Millennium

come alive just before 2015 came in.

    Thousands of people who came to the foot of the well-known Magic Fountain

in Montjuic were able to interact with the unique event that positions

Barcelona as one of the capitals of creativity and innovation.
