【ベルリン2015年1月7日PRN＝共同通信JBN】ドイツ通信社（dpa）はアジア地域のメディア機関向けの新サービスを導入、同社の海外通信網をベースにしたdpaトップニュースをマルチメディアフォーマットで配信する。新サービスは英語のニュース記事パッケージと写真、インフォグラフィックスで構成されている。dpaの国際チームは毎日30本程度のトップニュース記事をパッケージにまとめて迅速に各社の編集部門に配信し、APIフィードを通じて各社のコンテンツ管理システムに入力することが可能になる。あるいはクリック1つでダウンロードもできる。

「dpaトップニュースの大きな長所の１つはニュースパッケージの形での配信とその日のニュースの集中だ。配信先はdpaのニュースを例えばウェブサイトに組み込むことによって、ニュースをストレートに利用できることになる。重視されるのはアジア各地のユーザーの特別な関心事項である。われわれは同時にドイツや他の欧州諸国の現状についても集中的な報道を続けている」とdpaの本社外信部長兼編集局次長のミヒャエル・ルーデビヒは話している。

新しいdpaトップニュースのカバー範囲は国際政治ニュースからサッカーやその他のスポーツまで幅広い。記事はベルリン、バンコク、ワシントンにあるdpa国際ニュースデスクのスタッフが1日24時間・週7日休みなく作成している。
