【トロント（カナダ）2015年4月13日PRN＝共同通信JBN】 LABORIE Medical Technologies（LABORIE）はMedical Measurement Systems（MMS）の買収を完了した。MMSはオランダのエンスヘーデに本社を置き、ドイツのボトロップに子会社、米ニューハンプシャー州ドーバーに米国事業所がある。MMSはガストロエンテロロジー（胃腸障害）とウロダイナミクス検査装置での世界市場リーダーである。

MMSの買収はLABORIEの2014年10月のUnisensor買収に続いて同社の胃腸障害関連製品提供を拡大する。さらに、MMSのウロダイナミクス関連製品ラインはLABORIEのウロダイナミクス製品を補完し、世界的な活動範囲を拡張する。

LABORIE Acquires Medical Measurement Systems

   LABORIE Medical Technologies ("LABORIE") has completed its acquisition of

Medical Measurement Systems ("MMS"). MMS is headquartered in Enschede, The

Netherlands, with a German subsidiary in Bottrop and US operations in Dover,

New Hampshire. MMS is a global market leader in in Gastrointestinal  

Diagnostics and Urodynamics.

   LABORIE's acquisition of MMS extends its Gastroenterology product offering

following its acquisition of Unisensor in October 2014. Additionally, MMS'

Urodynamic product lines complement LABORIE's Urodynamic product offering and

extend its global reach.
