【グラストンベリー（米コネティカット州）2015年7月16日PRN=共同通信JBN】三菱重工（MHI）のグループ企業、PWパワーシステムズ（Power Systems, Inc.、PWPS）はこのほど、ジョージア州ハードカウンティー・フランクリンにあるWansley Unit 9 Power Plant（ウェンズリー・ユニット9発電所）の複合サイクル施設向けに、Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia（MEAG Power）とガスタービン高温ガス経路・燃焼部品、部品リペアサービス、保守停止サービスを供給する長期契約を結んだ。

ウェンズリー・プラントの複合サイクル施設は、2つのFrame 7FA.03天然ガス燃料タービンとスチームタービンで構成する。

Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia（MEAG Power）はジョージア州が1975年に創設したもので、発電および送電施設の所有と操業、大容量電力の供給を目的としている。現在、48都市と1つの郡が、卸売り電力を購入する契約を結んでいる。

PW Power Systems Awarded Frame 7FA.03 Long Term Contract for Parts, Component Repair Services and Outage Services by Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia (MEAG Power)

PW Power Systems, Inc. (PWPS) recently entered into a long term agreement for

the supply of gas turbine hot gas path and combustion parts, component repair

services and outage services with the Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia

(MEAG Power) for the combined cycle facility at the Wansley Unit 9 Power Plant,

located in Franklin, Heard County, Georgia.

The combined cycle facility at the Wansley plant consists of two Frame 7FA.03

natural gas-fired turbines and a steam turbine.

Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia (MEAG Power) was formed in 1975 by the

State of Georgia for the purpose of owning and operating electric generation

and transmission facilities and supplying bulk electric power. Currently, 48

cities and one county have contracted with MEAG Power to purchase wholesale

power.
