Risen Energy Announces Full Year 2015 Results

Risen Energy Co., Ltd, a public limited company organised under the laws of the

People's Republic of China, listed on the Shenzhen stock market, and a tier 1,

"AAA" credit rated integrated manufacturer of high-performance solar

photovoltaic products and provider of total business solutions, today announced

its annual report for the year ending December 31, 2015.

Full Year 2015 Financial and Operation Headlines

- Sales revenue of 5.26 billion RMB, an increase of 78% from 2014

- Net Income of 320 million RMB, an increase of 382% from 2014

- Shipments grow to 1246 MWp of solar PV modules and 547 MWp of EPC, BOT and BT

solar project installations

the lowest temperature coefficient of power within the industry.
